Ingredients: Samba Rice,Cashew nuts,Sultana,Tumeric,Curry Leaves,Rampe
Preparation: Fry 1 Chopped onion, 1small Piece ginger & 5 cloves garilic in 4 ozs butter or margarine. Add the ingredients in the big pack & fry for 1 minute. Pour 8-10 Cups of milk or water with salt to taste & boil till the rice is cooked. Fry sultanas in the small pack & Decorate with fried cashew nuts . |
