Ingredients: Samba Rice,Cashew nuts,pepper,Saffron,Cinnamon,cloves,Cardamon,Curry leaves & Rampe
Preperation: Heat 4-5 tablesspoon Ghee or butter in rice cooker. Fry some sliced onion. Add 500g Chicken or Mutton pieces and fry add mix well. Add 7-8 cups water & salt to taste. Cook for 10-15 minutes or till rice is done |
