We are committed to better serve our customers and will do everything to make sure your returns and refunds are handled in a fair manner. To ensure a timely refund to your account, please return the item immediately. Please make sure that place the unused item is in its original (delivered) condition and the Return Form attached to the bottom of your packing slip is filled in correctly. |

• We will Ship your Package by the UPS or USPS. • UPS does not deliver to P.O Box Addresses. • Packages Address to P.O Boxes will be Shipped by usps. • Our Shipping rates Are Calculated in real time based on the weight of the Items in your cart. |

| Shipping to Canada |
| Please note Shipment to Canada may incur brokerage fees and customs duty in addition to the Shipping fee charged By us. Brokerage and Customs duty are Responsibility of the importer and will not be paid by Sri Lankan Delight under any Circumstances. |

| Perishable/Frozen Items |
Perishable items require next day expedited shipping If you are located outside our one day region. NEXT DAY AIR must be chosen for all Frozen items. We do pack ice packs with these items however, it may only last 24 hours. If you choose not to send your frozen item Next DAY AIR, Sri Lankan Delight will not be responsible for the condition in which your package arrives to you. We will not authorize any reshipping nor will we authorize any credit to replace melted goods if you do not choose NEXT DAY AIR. |

Damages and Lost in Transit-UPS shipments In case of a damage please call ups on 1-800-pick-ups immediately and notify Sri lankan Delight within 24 hours so that a claim can be made. Refused package or return shipping Charges will be charged to your account. |

Damages and Lost in Transit- USPS Shipments Please note USPS Priority and USPS Parcel Post Services are not insured for lost or Damage. Shipment by these services is at the customer risk. |

Damaged Caused by Weather Conditions We are not responsible for damage caused by inclement weather condition. If you are concerned about weather conditions you should arrange appropriate shipping. (charged at cost) |

Package Tracking UPS offers a full tracking service. USPS Priority offers delivery confirmation only. |

Shortages All shortages and order problems must be notified to Sri Lankan Delight within 24 hours. No reimbursement will be made after 48 hours. |

Delivery Time Please refer to the UPS web site for delivery ground day to your area. Please note UPS Service levels refer to business days not calendar days. All orders will be processed the same day if received before 11 A.M. (West Coast Time) Orders received after 11.A.M and USPS Priority mail Orders will be Processed the next business day. Please Be Aware we will not ship frozen food next day air on Fridays and we will not ship second day air after Wednesday. Please note that Sri Lankan Delight inc Does not Gurarantee the time of Delivery and cannot be held responsible for late Deliveries to receive refunds. |

Address Correction Please Note that for incorrectly addressed packages UPS levies a $5 address adjustment. If this caused by your error we will apply that charge to your account. Please Proof read your order before finalizing. |

Shipping Offers Occasionally we may offer free Shipping for orders over certain value (eg $150). The Following conditions apply for free shipping offers: 1) Applies only to orders under 40 lbs in weight, Shipped to mainland USA by UPS ground. 2) Applies only to internet orders. Phone orders do not get free Shipping. |
