We only ship within the United States, excluding Hawaii and Alaska. We apologize for any inconveniences.
Allow time for process and handling which can take 3-4 business days, but we usually ship same day or the next day.
- During holiday seasons, please order at least a week before you want your package to arrive as shipping times may take longer.
We ship through FedEx and USPS (U.S Postal Service)
The shipping costs vary depending on the amount of the order and destination.
- Writing "Please deliver by this date... or ship asap" in the comment box of your order does not guarantee that your order will arrive by that date. We will contact you if the order can not be delivered by that date or time.
- If you made your purchase as a customer, you will receive a tracking number from lankandelight.com once your package has been shipped.
- People signed in as a customer will also receive an email from the shipping provider their order was sent through.
- If you were signed in as a guest and provided us with your email address, you will receive an email of shipment from either FedEx or USPS depending on which one your order was sent through.
- If your package was sent through FedEx, please visit http://www.fedex.com/us/track/ and enter your tracking number.
- If your package was sent through USPS (US Postal Service) please visit https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input and enter your tracking number.
- Any item that was damaged in the process of shipment must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the item. Sri Lankan Delight Inc will exchange or refund the defective item(s) if reported within 48 hours.
- Sri Lankan Delight Inc will not be liable for defective items not reported within 7 days.
- Open food products are non-returnable.
- If by mistake you received expired or damaged goods, they may be returned or exchanged depending on availability.
- We are not responsible for your preference of taste on any product since preference varies.
- You can return unused goods within 7 days of receiving for any reason unless as noted above, but the return shipment fees will not be covered.
- Note-It could take up to 15 days to process the return and credit to your account
